A2800 Series Valves:
Main valve body and bonnet/cap:  A356.0 anodized aluminum.
Main valve internal trim:  Anodized aluminum, brass, plated steel.
Elastomers:  Standard material for the valve diaphragm and 0-Ring seals is UL approved Buna-N.

E-7 Valve Class 1:
Valve Body: Aluminum
Elastomers: Viton O-rings, PTFE Seal, Acetal Wear Rings
Pilot Control System:  Brass solenoids and fittings with flared copper

E-7 Valve Class 2:
Valve Body: Anodized Aluminum
Elastomers: Viton O-rings, PTFE Seal, Acetal Wear Rings
Pilot Control System:  Stainless steel solenoids


Design Features

Electronic valves integrate with LectroCount Electronic Registers, providing flexible control and greater accuracy in deliveries.  These two solenoid valves provide a low-volume dwell period to eliminate hydraulic shock and improve the accuracy of a preset delivery. 

Solenoid Block Valve:
Provides simple on/off operation typically applied for security purposes to prevent unauthorized operation.

Two-Stage Control Valve:
Provides system security and prevents unauthorized operation. Slow closing microprocessor controlled valve, allows for preset, net and/or gross volume, and/or price.
