LectroCount® family of Electronic Registers

Electronic Registration:

LectroCount® is Liquid Controls’ series of electronic registers that replaces the mechanical register, calibration gears and/ or adjuster mechanism traditionally used on many flow meters.  The LectroCount® series are Weights & Measures (custody transfer) approved advanced microprocessor based electronic register, presetting and printing control systems. LectroCount® is designed to meet - even adapt to - your flow meter and process control instrumentation requirements. Units are design to NEMA-4x non-incendive Class 1, Division 2, Group C & D. LectroCount® accepts pulse input from most flow meters and includes RS232/485 communications capability.  The LCR-II is also available in a design for Class 1, Division 1 environments.

Two models of LectroCount® registers are available, the LCR-II and LCR 600.  The LCR-II has been a standard in electronic registrations since its first appearance as the LCR-I in 1997.  The LCR 600 is the next generation of electronic registration, incorporating a large display for displaying more information during a delivery as well as incorporating a keypad to eliminate the need for external devices to configure the unit.  The LCR 600 also has a Point-of-Sale option that provides the ability to flexibly set prices, discounts and taxes for 100 products.

Specifications

REPEATABLILITY: Capable of .03% of reading over entire range.
LINEARITY: Capable of ±0.10% or better over a 5:1 range from maximum nominal meter capacity.
LINEARITY: Capable of ±0.10% or better over a 10:1 range from maximum nominal meter capacity.
LINEARITY: Capable of ±0.15% or better over a 40:1 range from maximum nominal meter capacity.

Due to the capabilities of multi-point calibration for meters equipped with LectroCount™Electronic Registration, superior accuracy (linearity) can be provided as indicated above.

NOTE: Accuracy obtainable when all variables remain constant. Reading/ measurements must be equal to a minimum of one minute of flow at selected rate(s). All accuracy statements based on metering Stoddard Solvent, approximate viscosity 1 CPS. On higher viscosity products, the average deviation in accuracy will be even less.
